I’m Beth—an OCN certified Infant Sleep Consultant and mum of three from the Wirral, near Liverpool.

With a background as a teacher in primary education, I’m passionate about helping families overcome sleep struggles using gentle, tried and tested methods—no ‘cry it out.’

I became a sleep consultant after I experienced first hand how overwhelming and confusing it can be trying to work out how to help your baby get restful, good quality sleep.

I create tailored, supportive sleep plans that nurture healthy sleep habits while respecting your child’s needs. Whether it’s night wakings, short naps, early mornings, or bedtime battles, I’ll guide you every step of the way with kindness, patience, and expertise.

My methods are gentle and supportive. This means that I will not ask you to leave your baby or child alone to cry-it-out. I will discuss with you the various methods there are and together we will find one that suits you and your parenting style. I want the families I work with to have long lasting better sleep, this is not a ‘magic wand’ or ‘quick fix’ solution. From experience, if you set good routines and practices in place when children are young, the healthy sleep habits will last a lifetime. FAQs

  • There might be a few tears along the way. Whilst my methods are gentle, gradual and supportive, change can be difficult for some children. I will support you with the plan and we will go at a pace that feels right for your little one.

  • My sleep plans are suitable for ages 5 months up to 5 years

  • Most families will see some improvements within the first week. My methods are gentle and room-based so I offer a 3 week support package to give you and your little one lots of help and encouragement while the new routines are put in place. Remember, it is not a linear journey and there may be some ups and downs along the way but by 3 weeks your little one should be having better sleep at night and restorative naps by day.

  • After assessing your child’s current sleep habits, I will discuss with you my recommendations and produce a bespoke sleep plan. It will be your job to follow the guidance and plan using the method that I will have explained. You will be able to ask questions and update me on progress via WhatsApp.

  • I use a gentle, trade-marked, tried and tested method. It is an evidence backed method with a high success rate.

    I can advise on other methods too, let me know your preference and I will tailor your plan.

  • You can ask questions and tell me about your current sleep struggles. We can find out if we are a good fit before booking the package. If you decide to go ahead, I will send you a questionnaire and sleep diary for you to fill in. I will use this to make a detailed assessment of your child’s current sleep habits and create a bespoke sleep plan. We will then arrange a video or phone call to discuss the plan, the method and discuss anything else. The 3 weeks WhatsApp support will start on the first night you begin the plan.
