1. Introduction

Tranquil Nights Sleep Consultancy provides infant and child sleep consulting services to support families in achieving better sleep. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided

Tranquil Nights Sleep Consultancy offers sleep support through consultations, personalised sleep plans, and follow-up guidance. All advice is based on evidence-based sleep strategies and tailored to your child’s needs.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the services have commenced.

  • Payment methods accepted: bank transfer.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may be rescheduled at no extra charge.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

  • If Tranquil Nights Sleep Consultancy needs to cancel, an alternative appointment will be arranged, or a full refund will be provided.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and honest information about your child’s sleep habits and health history.

  • You acknowledge that consistency is key to sleep improvements, and results may vary based on parental implementation.

  • Sleep advice is not a substitute for medical guidance. If there are concerns about your child’s health, please consult a GP or health professional.
