1. Introduction
Tranquil Nights Sleep Consultancy provides infant and child sleep consulting services to support families in achieving better sleep. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Services Provided
Tranquil Nights Sleep Consultancy offers sleep support through consultations, personalised sleep plans, and follow-up guidance. All advice is based on evidence-based sleep strategies and tailored to your child’s needs.
3. Booking & Payment
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are non-refundable once the services have commenced.
Payment methods accepted: bank transfer.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may be rescheduled at no extra charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
If Tranquil Nights Sleep Consultancy needs to cancel, an alternative appointment will be arranged, or a full refund will be provided.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and honest information about your child’s sleep habits and health history.
You acknowledge that consistency is key to sleep improvements, and results may vary based on parental implementation.
