I’m Beth!

I support babies and young children’s sleep using a gentle, responsive, and holistic approach, without pressure or rigid methods.

I’m an OCN Level 6 Holistic Sleep Coach, a mum of three, and based on the Wirral, Merseyside. With a background in primary education, I bring a calm, child-centred perspective to every family I support.

I came to this work through my own experience of navigating sleep deprivation and uncertainty as a parent. Today, I help families understand their child’s sleep more deeply, considering development, temperament, and connection, and guide them with flexible, personalised support as their child grows.

There’s no “cry it out” here. Just compassionate, evidence-informed guidance that respects your child and supports you.

Sleep Support Packages

Sleep support doesn’t need to be rigid or overwhelming. With gentle, development-led guidance, you can move towards calmer, more settled sleep for your baby or child.

Here’s what holistic sleep support looks like.

Not sure if you need sleep support?

  • There might be a few tears along the way. Whilst my methods are gentle, gradual and responsive, change can feel unsettling for some children. I will support you with the plan and we will go at a pace that feels right for your little one.

  • My sleep plans are suitable for ages 5 months up to 5 years

  • Most families will see some improvements within the first week. My methods are responsive and room-based and I offer a 2 month support package to give you and your little one lots of help and encouragement while you adjust. Remember, it is not a linear journey and there may be some ups and downs along the way but by 2 months your family will feel empowered and confident with all aspects of sleep.

  • After assessing your child’s current sleep habits, I will discuss with you my recommendations and produce a bespoke sleep plan. It will be your decision to follow the guidance and plan based on your observations of your child and your own capacity. You will be able to ask questions and update me on progress via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can ask questions and tell me about your current sleep struggles. We can find out if we are a good fit before booking the package. If you decide to go ahead, I will send you a questionnaire and sleep diary for you to fill in. I will use this to make a detailed assessment of your child’s current sleep habits and create a bespoke sleep plan. We will arrange a video or phone call to discuss the plan, the method and anything else. You will have 2 months email or WhatsApp support to start after our consultation call.
